Robert is business-first. He graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University, and he looks at how organizations actually run: competing priorities, stretched teams, and broken process that quietly burn time and capacity.

Omkar Thakur
Omkar holds an M.S. in Data Science from the University of Maryland. He builds AI and data systems: generative AI, multi-agent systems, retrieval, machine learning, data pipelines, and the infrastructure to run them in production.
At Elyt, he builds the technical foundation behind the AI Workforce: connecting models, business knowledge, data, integrations, and workflows into systems that perform real work. When a business needs more than an off-the-shelf AI Employee, he designs and engineers the system behind it.
